I ordered a shirt online from Pog Apparel and paid for it via my debit card. A month later, I had not received the shirt. I called and left messages, I emailed, and I did get a reply that they would look into it. Finally, after two months, I asked for my money back via email and a telephone call. Other than an automated reply that my email had been received, I have not heard back at all.

- I am the owner of Pog Apparel and this complaint is ENTIRELY justified. We are working to rectify this and other orders that have not been met and should have a resolution shortly (within 1-2 weeks from today). We are a small, family owned business that has run into a major financial crisis, but will be honoring all orders. We have also had a chronic problem with some of the vendors not sending us the correct products, but that too has now been resolved. And in fact, this problem is actually at the route of the issues we have had. We are working through the orders now, and resolving the issues. While it is true that our number in the Masthead has been disconnected, it will be back up this week.
