My 77 year old mother received a 6 piece mineralmake-up kit. She was adamant that she had not ordered. I don't if it was one of those scams where you order something else and there is a box you have to uncheck or phishing scam. While they had her correct credit card number, they had a wrong phone number and address. She showed it to me on May 12, having received it the day before. You have to access service through their customer assistance number but because they had the wrong number, it took me until the 16th to finally figure out how to speak with a real person. At that time, they told me the 14 days to cancel without being charged had expired and if she cancelled the account she would be charged the complete $126.32 for the make up. Eventually--after multiple calls--I was able to speak to a "supervisor" who agreed to give my mother a refund of $78.99 leaving her to pay $47.33 for something she didn't order and can't use.
