I ordered the trial offer and had 30 days to try,So on Sunday 6/5/2011 I called to cancel and servives to cancel were down.After trying all day/night.So 1st thing 6/6/2011 I called and spoke to Diane. I told her what had happened and what I wanted to do.She told me that the phone services were down that day I tryed to call,but she would call me back with in the hour.I had a Dr.s appt. so when I returned home I called again.This time I spoke to a supervisor whom was very rude and would not let me explain before hanging up on me.I have attemped several other times to call the company and they will not speak to me. Please Help!
