Ordered a pair of shoes and didn't receive them. No response when emailed the company..a few days later got a sponge in the mail. Contacted paypal and they said the company provided proof they sent the order so they couldn't refund the money. A sponge is a far cry from a pair of shoes! As far as I'm concerned paypal is as much to blame as the company that is scamming people as they have to be aware of this by now and are doing nothing! Buyer beware..if it sounds too good to be true it usually is!!

This also happened to me, I called Pay pal the guy I talked to acted like he knew nothing of this scam told him I received a sponge from China but at the time didn't know why I got a sponge was not aware of this scamming website so I threw the sponge away I ordered a pair of shoes not a sponge,he made me feel like I was the one in the wrong ..
anyway I filed a dispute was told I had to wait 10 days to hear from seller I called my bank to let them know what happened they took the charges off my credit card the seller @ Ann shoes provided a tracking # for the sponge now PP wants me to reverse the charges back to Ann shoes....Bottom line I will never use PP again as I feel they are aware of this happening to people and need to do whatever it takes to protect us not the scammers!!! I also learned a lesson never to trust a site that I am not totally familiar with!!!! -

Samething happened to me and paypal told me to mail it back. I seen another review from someone else that paypal told them the same and they check about how much it was going to cost to mail back and was going to cost $70 so it wasnt worth it. It seems that paypal has received may complaints about this and not doing anything. They should stop this company from being able to use there services. sorry for your loss I lost $72.
