I had contacted them about getting a Siberian Husky puppy as our new family pet. They insisted they would wave an adoption fee as long as we paid the transportation fee of 195.00. After they had received my money they than asked for an additional $680.00 for insurance purposes that would be than guaranteed upon delivery of the puppy. We then asked for a refund and they stopped returning all emails and phone calls denying us our money back.

  • Hi Brittanie,

It sounds like you have been caught up in a scam. I just want to ensure that our company is not being confused with this rip off company. Many of the scammers will copy our logo or company name and even create a similar website. A lot of the time they will tell you that the transport company is Pet Couriers, or Pet Couriers International and people think that it is our company. The Siberian Husky puppy free to a good home is actually a common scam - along with pugs, bulldogs, chihuahua puppies and many other rare, well sought after breeds. They tell you all you have to do is pay for the transport and sting you with these insurance costs and threaten that the puppy will not be send if it is not paid.

Please visit this link in which our company was featured for a better understanding of scams.

For your own awareness, there are very few companies which will request money via western union or any other cash transfer if this is how you made the payment. There is also no such thing as 'insurance'.

Siberian Husky puppies start at $1500 for a pure bred. If something sounds to good to be true, you should probably look into it a little further and make payments only after you have spoken on the phone to a consultant or the breeder to ensure that it is legitimate.

    Kind Regards,
