I ordered a:
"Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 32/64 Full Version/or Upgrade OS disc."
I received the disc and did not attempt to use/install it until now. When I attempted to install it, the disc was dead. I am an IT tech and after several tries, plus meeting with a couple other IT professionals, it has been determinded that the disc is totally useless with NO operating system on it.
