- All users who have bids left in their account from playing at BigDeal can now transfer their bids to BidCactus on a 1 for 1 basis.
- If you want a refund of your bids: transfer your bids to bidcactus and ask bidcactus to refund you
- If you have outstanding Loyalty Bucks on BigDeal, email them and they will help you redeem them
