i try to apply for us citizenship, and found this website from Google, looks exactly like the official gov website, and has all those info for visa, green card, and other immigration forms (makes you believe that you are actually on a official gov website to apply for what you need). And there was a tab button tell you that you can start file your citizenship application. So i did register with my credit card. And i was still thinking that the amount of money i paid was part of my application fee. After couple of mins , i completed the form, and the website told me i need to print out and file, since N400 doesn't have efile choice. Of cause, i had no choice, but printed out( that was about almost 20 pages). Among those 20 pages, i read through, and one of the instruction pages told me i need to file the form with the fee (595 + 85). I was kind of confused, so i checked my email, and received a letter from american immigration center (us-immigration.com) charged me $189 for purchase the N400 form (which is cost free on gov website). I realize this is a scam, so i called them and want my refund. All the lady told me that i'm not eligible for a refund, due to i already printed out the form. I told her, i will call my credit card company to dispute the charge, and she said it won't work, and just go ahead and call. That was a totally rip off and a scam. Since they won't be able to refund me the money, so i called the Chase Credit Card to dispute (still waiting for the result) ....NEED HELP, will i ever get my money back ? Did any other victims get money back from this website and how? is there anyway we can bring down this scam one, place to report them?
