I was bid for some items on bid twister and was waiting for the items to arrive. I did contact Bidtwister and they said they were having problems and that I would receive the items before christmas. I thought it strange but with a new sight I thought they received more volume than they anticipated. I received an email from them DEC 13TH FROM BIDTWISTERSUPPORT.COM with the message of a ticket of everything that I bid for and never received with a total of $169.21 and was asked to go to my bank for a chargeback. My bank will not give me a chargeback after 2 months . BIDTWISTER say they cant give me a refund because they cant go back that far. It made no sense to me considering they gave me the dates and totals that they couldnt issue me a refund by sending me a check.I tried to go back to the websight to no avail and am out my funds. There email to me was enclosed with their word not mine " Bidtwister.com was ordered to Cease and Destist all auctions by the state of Florida because we do not have the proper licensing. We are currently working with the state to get into complience on this matter in the meantime our customer support department remains open to serve you. This is a total scam and would like to find a way to get my funds back. Its may not be alot of money to some but its alot to me.
