After reviewing my phone bills for the past 6 months to determine why I am paying more than I was 6 months ago, on the last page of the bill (under "OTHER SERVICES CHARGES AND CREDITS) I found a charge from ILD Teleservices for I Tech PC Tech Support in the amount of $12.95. I called Frontier first to dispute the charge and was told my bill had been "slammed" The customer service rep from Frontier assisted me in setting up a third party billing block on my phone line and advised me to call ILD to have them clarify the charges. I called ILD and gave them the dates and amounts of the charges for I TECH PC TECH SUPPORT. I verified that I had not authorized these charges. The ILD rep assured me that a refund in the full amount of $64.75 would be refunded on my phone bill in one or two billing cycles. I tried to research I TECH PC TECH SUPPORT online but have not found any matching links or websites. I just did all of this today so I do not yet know how quickly I will receive my refund, the customer service rep from ILD did seem very helpful and did not try to argue the charges with me at all. She seemed more than happy to assist me.
