I purchased some hair extensions and paid an additional $25 for express shipping, which they said would be 3 - 5 business days. The next day I tried to check my order status online and their site was down. At that time I tried to call the customer service number which just rang and rang. Finally I spoke (online) to a sales rep who was incredibly rude and argued with me when I said I wanted to cancel my purchase, b/c even though I paid the express shipping, it takes up to 18 days to process and then 3-5 days to ship.
