I applied for a credit card through GE MONEY BANK on 8/5/11 to receive cash back on my SAM'S CLUB purchases. I always had and still have VERY GOOD credit ratings. They did not approve me for the card that give cash back on my purchases but they appoved me for a much higher rate card that does not even give cash back on purchases. They sent me a letter explaining why the higher rate was assigned. The letter mentions a credit score that is more than 200 points lower than my credit scores that are reported by all the three credit agencies on a report that I paid for and pulled today (8/15/2011). No help was offere when I called GE MONeY BANK.
