I contacted Sean Morgan a.k.a.Sean Moore a.k.a. Sean Mcguire about getting our monthly payment reduced and he told me for $2400.00 up front he would get us a loan mod and we could pay him with the mortgage payment. He told us we had to not pay our mortgage and not contact my financial institution to tell them what we are doing otherwise it wouldn't go through and all his work would be for not, but because he still did the work we would still have to pay him. So I didn't tell the lender and now I can't qualify for any special programs now because I missed two payments. Now my home is being foreclosed on due to two missed payments and Secure Loan Mod is no longer in business, but Sean Moore is under a new business name Universal Financial (universalfinance.org).
