Complaint 117736 Details

Some one has used my phone and has some how entered me for your prize draws at £4.50 a go which is taken from my calling credit.

You have done this now 3 time at a total cost of £13.50 even after I send STOP to 89789 after the 1st deduction.

The sequence of events were in the following order:

21/05/2012 £4.50 deducted at 18:44
21/05/2012 STOP sent to 83789 at 18:49
21/05/2012 Unsubscribed message received at 18:49
23/05/2012 £4.50 deducted at 08:14
23/05/2012 £4.50 deducted at 10:14

These deductions were not authorized by me.

Please stop this deductions and refund me the lost calling credit
as I do not wish to participate in your prizeking draw.

I even sent in a support request to them and got the following (I have replaced my contact details with "myemailaddress"

If there is nothing that can be done --- complain to network provider block their number or something
