I was looking around for online payday loans and Avanix lending took out 31.96 out of my account which my bank then charged me a 32.00 non-sufficient funds fee for. I don't even have a loan with this company. I called today and was told that they would refund the 31.96, but that it would take 5 days and they would not refund the bank fees. So now I just have to wait and see if I get my money back.
