Deluxe Moda advertises that they sell authentic designer handbags at huge discounts. They assure the public that not only are these bags real but they come with the original certificate cards. This is absolutely not true!!! The bags are copies not originals and the certificate cards sent out do not match the bags. If you try to get in touch with the company to try to return the fake item that was sent out no one ever answers their toll free number or returns any messages. They do not reply to any e-mails either. Basically they take your money and run. I don't think it's right or fair to allow this company to continue to scam innocent people. There are multiple complaints about them on the net from other people that have been scammed as well. I am a business owner myself and don't understand how merchant services allows them to continue to do business

- You should report it to The Better Business Bureau and try to take legal action

- Not true. The company has my e-mail address since they sent me confirmation e-mails when I ordered their product. My e-mail address is valid and at no time did they try to get in touch with me or return any of my voice mail messages I left. They conveniently found it after I posted this complaint though. They never issued a refund either as they stated. I contacted my bank and filed a complaint with merchant services about the scam and through them am receiving a resolution.
