i SIGNED UP TO GET MONEY SUPPOSELY FROM THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT. i TRIED TO LOG IN ON THE SITE THEY SAID BUT ALL I GET IS CONGRADULATIONS YOU'VE WON. THERE ARE 3 THINGS 1. WAL-MART 2. I-PAD AND THE 3RD I FORGET. ANYWAYS I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD THIS KIT. THIS IS FRAUD AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO DO. I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE AND SHALL NOT DO ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN. I AM NOT A HAPPPY CAMPER. I REALIZE IT IS ONLY $2.97 SO FAR HAT IS NOT THE POINT. THIS SHOPULD NOT BE ALLOWED.
