BEWARE this company is a FRAUD--Charged me $2.95 for a one time report then 2 days later charged my credit card for $29.95 and continued to do so until May 18,2012 when my credit card co. notified me of international transactions being placed. It was then I realized I was being charge for services I did NOT ask for and told I HAD to go online and print out THEIR REFUND FORM. My computer blocked me from entering due to suspicious and insecure site. I called the company and asked them to send me the refund form or fax it or email it to me they REFUSED. I asked to speak to a supervisor--1st I was told he was in a meeting for 4 hrs, -- then I was told (after a conference call with my C.C. co. rep ), me and employee of Car Vin History that a supervisor would call me back with-in the hour--no one called-3 time CarVin agent told me they didnt have supervisors???? THIS CO> IS A FRAUD DO NOT USE THEM__ read ALL the other reviews and complaints its a scam Many Many have been DUPED-- BEWARE!
