This site is definitely a scam outfit. Exactly as others have complained, I ordered a north face jacket on 4/24. After paying PayPal, 2 weeks passed without any acknowledgement from the seller. Several emails request for status went unanswered. I opened a dispute with PayPal on 5/10. One day later PayPal responded with USPS tracking information from the seller. On 5/22, I received a 6 ½ x 41/2 envelope containing a cheap hotel disposable shower cap. The content description on the envelope is listed with $.20 value weighing .034 kg, which can hardly be mistaken for a jacket. Even toy Barbie doll clothing would not fit into that envelope. Escalated the claim with PayPal immediately. PayPal decided in my favor for a refund. The condition is returning this ridiculous package back to the seller with verifiable tracking information. USPS does not provide online tracking going out of the US, so I went to UPS which will satisfy PayPal requirement. The cost of sending it back to China is $50.08. I call PayPal to personally speak with an agent. After describing the package, PayPal immediately refunded the money without any condition. I asked the agent why this scam site is not red-flagged so others will not become victim. The agent said PayPal is not longer doing business with this seller. That sounds reasonable but, buyers beware!!!!
