I ordered sample creams through this company and was even given a confirmation order and was told that the item would be shipped within 2 weeks
I also received the order confirmation with the Logos attached.My credit card was debited 28/04/2012 with shipping amounts and then on the 06 May 2012 I was suddendly debited with an amount of R739.00 with amounts to USD Dollar 94.00.
I have not received any shipment to date and now my Card Division is stating they cannot reverse as I need to get a refund from This company itself which I now cannot get hold of. looking at this website there is a number of complaints .
