I signed up for Home Wealth Solutions on July 29th 2011. I went through the prompts as it directed me to, i punched in all my info and card number to make a payment. I then hit continue to download and proceed with talking with a live person to walk me through setting up my website. The program then bumped me back to the beginning sign up page. I then figured it didn't process. I went through the steps again punching in my info and card number. I then got to the point where it prompted me to wait for a confirmation of my payment in my email. I waited and received it. I got my password that would allow me to talk with a customer service rep, but no other information. I had no idea how to talk with a rep to help walk me through, i sent e-mails to ask what i was doing wrong and if someone could help. I have yet to get a response. Then on July 31st they also took another 19.95 from my account placing my account in a negative balance. I have the transactions in my account report.
