My Money Toolbox took their fee of $29.99 from my checking account. That created an overdraft, therefore my bank then charged me $30.00. I had never been to their website before. They insisted that I signed up for their product, which I did not. So this despicable company cost me $59.99 I've complained repeatedly, to no avail. They keep insisting that they will put the $29.99 back into the account, but so far I haven't seen it. They keep insisting that I did this, yet I know I didn't. My bank will not refund the $30, nor will My Money Toolbox. These scammers are horrible individuals and I think the FBI should be notified because this is internet banking fraud.
