I had previously been a trial member on one of RK's websites. After the trial expired, I did not wish to upgrade to full membership. Knowing I would be charged the fee for upgrading to a full month membership exactly one month after the trial expired, I contacted an RKNETHELP representative to delete my account and was assured that no later fees would be charged to my debit account. Today, however, I checked my checking account balance and saw that RKNETHELP had charged me $35.52 and then I had to pay an overfraft fee to my bank for $5.00. I contacted RK about this issue and was told that no charges have been given to me since April. RK is full of (Inappropriate Content Removed) and will steal your money.
