After buying some software from DIGITAL RIVER there was at this end of my order confirmation and obviously after all info concerning credit cad was given the following:your purchase is complete claim 10 $ cash back on your next purchase with enrollment in web loyalty service...and then a few days latter there was an email which i failed to see from value plus saying claim your 15 $ etc with many web site addresses such as membership service, claim form
