My experience with Magic Jack has been that they promise to give you a "30 day trial period" and if you return the product you will get a "full refund." However, the customer service reps are rude (they hung up on me). The company charged my card for THREE Magic Jacks even though I only ordered TWO. It's been a living nightmare getting my money back. At this writing they are saying that they will refund only ONE of the Magic Jack charges but there are 3 charges. I even got package delivery confirmation and can clearly see that each package was returned withing the required 30 day time period. My hope is that my bank will refund my money! Fingers Crossed.
