I responded to a survey in early January 2012.
Eventually I was sent an email advising I had won a prize and was asked
to provide details so the prize could be immediately mailed to me.
By providing this information, which included my cell phone,
I was automatically entered into a "mobSHACK"service that billed my phone $9.99 every 10 days for I do not know what???. I never agreed to this!!!
I phoned 18889852233 to complain and I was advised the service
would be discontinued immediately. Hopefully this advice is honest.
The individual I talked to agreed that there are countless complaints
against mobSHACK and they have no idea what service mobSHACK is providing.
I never accessed this service because I never knew I had subscribed to it.
I lost about $400.00 USD before I investigated my phone bill in detail.
What a bunch of BS and good luck getting any money back.
Well I am not done trying. I am going to push mobSHACK for a refund.
