I PURCHASED PC SHOW BUZZ DOWNLOAD ONLINE AND THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK ON MY COMPUTER. I HAD ONE OF THEIR TECHS TRY TO REMOTELY INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AND EVEN HE COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN TO GET A REFUND AND THEY ONLY GAVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CANNOT ACCESS.I HAVE DELETED THE PROGRAM FROM MY COMPUTER.
