Complaint 11410 Details Scan your bills for fraud

After reading the small print and disclaimers for Bidrack -- I "purchased" a $60 bid pack and started bidding -- the PREPAID bids have no monitary value and each bid used -- whether the item is WON or not -- is deducted from your "total bids" and permanently gone........which is NEVER stated on the site.
The $60 expenditure to purchase the initial bids -- has no value towards the actual price of any "won auction" -- IN FACT, if an auction is won -- the credit card is charged again. The initial investment is more like a "playing fee" -- which again, is not disclosed up front.
Several months of trying to get resolution -- and ignorant customer service representatives that explain NOTHING but talk in circles -- have proven to be a complete SCAM and unethical.
