I hired this firm to handle my loan modification and save my home from forclosure / sale. I payed them 4 monthly installments of 750.00 on April 15, 600.00 on May 15 and June 15, and 550.00 on July 15 for a total of 2500.00. A few days ago I recieved a letter in the mail that stated that my home was sold in a Sherriff's sale. I am faced with having to vacate my home. I called the law firm to speak with Will or Kim but neither would answer or return my call. I feel that I could have done something else to save my home and now I am angry with them for wasting four months of my time when I could have found another company that really could have helped me.

- There is never any guarantee with loan mods, reread your contact to see if they stated a 100% guarantee in the contract.
