I used carvinhistory for two vin checks at $2.95 each, subsequently I got vill $29.95 for Apr and May 2012 When I caught on to this billing I called and cancelled and was given a refund code and a website "www.vinhistory.com/refundform.html" which has to be accessed through the Firefox brouser. I have no luck getting to this site but have run into other reviews stating this same sitaution. This is scam.
