I purchased a dress from this company for my wedding reception I had requested ivory when I received it , it was in a plastic shipping bag with no tags or receipt. I took it out and it was bright white and tried it on and it was way to short, not something that would be appropriate for a reception.
So, I contacted customer service and they said I couldn't return it without a good enough excuse, they had to have a picture of me in it. So, I sent them one and they said it looked beautiful and just like the picture.
It looks nothing like the picture and it's not even the right color.
I shop online a lot and I have never once had this much trouble returning something. There's also no address to send it back to . Definite scam.
