I originally purchased the books for myself in April. Fine. Then I decided to order a set for my sister, who lives in Chicago, on May 4. Fine. After speaking with my sister and finding out that she already has some of these books, I decided to cancel the order on Monday May 7. The person on the other end of the line said that my order was not even showing so it must not be in the system, but she would FLAG it when it came up in order to cancel it. Fine. I called back on Thursday May 10 and they told me it had been shipped on Wednesday May 9, but it had been shipped to the billing address, NOT to my sister's address as originally ordered!!! Their response was "there is nothing we can do after it has shipped"!!!!!!! They shipped the GIFT to MY address, as opposed to the address I had ordered it for on their website...then they basically tell me..."Sorry for your luck". Wow, what a way to do business!!! So, not only was it cancelled, but it was also shipped to the wrong address, which means I have to pay the extra $8 to have it shipped to the birthday girl, which brings it to $16 dollars in shipping and handling for these paperbacks. What a rip!!!
Thank you,
Jody Eaton

The books in question are the "Who knew" books. You can find them on their website OR on the "As seen on TV" website. Either way, I would be very wary of their sales techniques.
