I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON MY BANK TRANSACTION HISTORY AND THEY ADVISED THAT I HAD COMPLETED SOME FORM THAT AUTHORIZED THEM TO TAKE OUT THAT PAYMENT. I ADVISED THAT I HAD NOT AND WANTED IT CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT, RENEE ADVISED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 5 TO 7 DAYS TO COMPLETE. MAKE SURE YOU GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND NAME OF THE PERSON YOU SPEAK WITH.
