Thought I was ordering a replacement social sec card for a family member but have been charged a second time for what I learned is a "monthly membership fee". An obvious scam as I now know that forms to obtain replacement cards are FREE through the SSA. This fraudulent company tries to imply that we will actually get the card through them. I searched for other complaints about this and have found some dating back 5 years! This company has been ripping people off for years using the same urls and the same business name the whole time. Makes me wonder how they got away with this for so long. Where are the consumer watchdog groups?!?

- I uploaded a screenshot of my online bank statement, cropping only to the 2nd charge I received. The first charge was further back in the list, and I didn't get a screen shot because I did knowingly allow that first 21.95, thinking it was mandatory for the new social security card. Also, it would mean another upload and I'm not sure I can add a second one.

- Another edit: (wish I could edit the title of this report) the 31.93 (actually 31.92) is the TOTAL charged to me. There were two charges, 21.95 (that I thought was legit) and a second one: 9.97. I put the total charged to me in the title, when really I think it should only be 9.97.
