This is the second time they have taken $10.83 out of my bank account. The first time the bank cancelled my card and issued me a new one. I checked my account online on 5/7/12 and saw where they did it again. My bank wanted to cancelled this card and issue me a new one, but each time they do that they charge me. I need to find another way to stop this
