At first they let me bid for free so i did play and won a free 160 free bids (£90 value) but in order to receive that winning, I have to pay the amount of $4.39. I paid thru my credit card. The next day, I was surprised to see that they charged me $90.60 on my credit card. I phoned their customer service and asked what's that charged for. He said its for the membership. I told him that I'm not aware of any membership fee that I asked him if he can refund my money. He said if I want he can cancel my membership but i have to pay $39.66 for the cancellation. I was not happy about it so I phoned RBC my bank to report it. They advice me to have a written notice that I'm cancelling my membership with them effective on 16 March 2012 and e-mail it to Ziinga. They replied, and cancelled my membership and charged me $39.66 for the cancellation. Ziinga send me an email confirming my cancellation but not until 10 June 2012. That they will still charge something in my account upto that date. I phoned back my bank and asked them to investigate Ziinga. After a month my bank returned my money. Thing is, Zingga fraud department is asking me to return that money to them or else they will file a legal case against me. I ignored it first but they send me another email after 2 days giving me a warning. They even attached a picture of my house to their email. I was scared and replied back to them that its not really my fault that the result of my banks investigation was to find that their company is fraud. I phoned my bank about it. My bank told me that Ziinga is not even supposed to contact me. Ziinga supposed to contact my bank cuz my bank gave them 45 days to reply about the complaints. My bank even advice me to report to the police about the email with the attachment of my house. My bank advice me not to reply to ziinga anymore cuz they will be the one to handle the problem. The next day, Ziinga send me another email that they will pursue the legal case against me. Legal case for them to get the $90.60 back to their account. If they will file a legal case against me. Do you think they will win?

I need your opinion and advice about this.

Thank u
