Just an update from my earlier post. I went to my bank yesterday to ask them not to make any further payments to this company but they cannot stop it without cancelling my card and issuing a new one which is a real hassle. As it happens the return delivery address is about 8 miles from my home so I am going there today to see if it is just a postal address or someone actually works there and find out how to get a RMA number from them as their published telephone numbers go unanswered. I will repost later with an update.

  • Don't bother going - I went this morning and it's just a mail-drop. They did give me a phone number which I rang and managed to get an RMA number The number is 01782 450105

  • I too have been worried about these companies Slimvida / ColonFlow. I did however manage to get to the bottom of this very sly organisation which main goal seems to be to trick you into paying for products that you only wanted as a 'FREE' trial not £140 per month!! My answer to all of you is contact your credit card company and make sure they do not allow this company to take any money from you let them know it is potential a scam! My bank was then able to locate a CORRECT telephone number unlike the numbers they give you which DO NOT WORK! The right number is a USA line +18882438502 (use skype as its free or very cheap) Ask for a RMA number for both products, once you have this they want you to return half of products ( half because the free trial is 14 days and the content of the bottles is 30 days so if you keep taking them they charge you the full amount!...... Didn't make that very clear did they!!!! ) to a UK address

    Make sure you put your RMA code on the outside of your package and include this RMA and your full name and billing address on a piece of paper inside.
    Do all this as quick as possible as these scams pray on people to procastinate.

  • As in my previous reply to this thread, I went to that address (simply a front, they just take in the returns and send them back to the USA) they gave me a UK telephone number which I rang and got through immediately. 01782 450105. Ring them - you MUST include the original shipping documentation in with the parcel. What you will notice is that the RMA numbers they give you are already printed on the return address labels, but you STILL HAVE TO RING TO GET THE NUMBER REGISTERED IN THEIR SYSTEM.

  • UPDATE:- I just checked my bank and they have taken £64.95 out today for the SlimVida, and I guess the other will be out later on too. They promised me faithfully that I'd get that fully refunded when they get the products back, but I have still reported them to trading standards. They should be ashamed to trade, preying on vulnerable people who will try anything to lose a bit of weight.

  • I too have also became subject to this scam i just signed up for the free trial yesterday and after reading on here cant believe i was soo gullable so i have just called them on the number i seen here they says they have managed to stop shipping on the slimvida which hadnt been shipped out yet but not the colonflow so i now have to wait on them arriving so i can then call them back again to return them i just hope they have cancelled the slimvida so i dnt get them too i really hope they dont take any more money out my bank other than this 2.49p as i dont work and certainly cannot afford any other excess coming out my bank i called my bank to cancel my card but they says they can still go thru into my bank anyways this natural health website should be banned i also called tradeing standards to complain about this website and they too also says there has been numerious complaints about this scam too.

  • Borderscrafter I went up and down Nether Road and all I could see was the college building on one side and Gala Fairydean and Sykes on the other. Where exactly is their drop off? if you could advise it would be appreciated. Thanks Freddieron

  • Freddieron, it's the Sykes building. I looked them up on Google, and they are just a front for a multitude of different companies, they merely ship goods out and take in returns. The kind security guard there gave me the phone number.

  • Hello, Thank you for your posts, they really helped as I was going crazy. Thank you again. I called them and received RMA numbers for Slimvida and Colonflow, wrote them down on the papers they had sent and was about to go and post it but fortunately I have checked my e-mail. After calling them they sent two mails informing me that they have received my requests to return my orders and below there are written RMA numbers but much longer than the ones she gave me on the phone. Have you sent the products back already? Which RMA number did you write?

  • Agithecat, just write the ones they gave you on the phone. If you check the returns labels, you will see those numbers printed on the top left corner of the label.

    I handed the products personally to the return address as I live near there. It is just a middle-man - they take the goods and return them to Slimvida/Natural Health Network. The lady I spoke to on the phone PROMISED that my £125.90 would be refunded within 24-48 hours of them receiving the goods back. She offered me two free gifts as way of apology, but if their idea of "free" is to charge £125, then I don't want them and I told her so. This company should be shut down. I e-mailed a complaint to Watchdog, and I am going to report them to Trading Standards too - I suggest everyone does this.

  • Thank you! I noticed the numbers they gave me are the same as those on the labels, they were shorter though than the ones in e-mails. I hope you'll receive your money back and that there are no more loopholes once we return these products to them! Good luck!

  • Just to say, I am pleased to have been of help to some people through my own misfortune and stupidity. If we all report them to our local trading standards and to Watchdog, hopefully something will be done about them. For information, the 01782 dialling code is in the Stoke-On-Trent area.

  • I have just e-mailed my bank to ask if they can prevent further money coming out of my account, and if they can get back the money already taken. Wish I'd used my credit card now as at least you have a money-back guarantee with that

  • i still havent recieved the products yet so went on the fone to bank they have written to them telling them if they try take anymore money then they will recieve a hefty fine as when i called the natural health company back asking why they havent arrived yet they says they will have to reship them back out to my address as its the only way they can stop the ongoing payments from coming out my account thankyou very much BordersCrafter for giving out theyre phone number and i hope you have been given your own money back too x

  • BorderCrafter, I will make complaint as well, that's right we all should. I sent packages this morning, I called them on Saturday to cancell and she said if I send it on Monday "I will be safe". I really hope so...
    Yes, definitely call them and let us know what they say.
    I need to ask you if you received a strange message also saying that: "We have been trying to contact you regarding you PPI claim, we now have details of how much you are due, just reply CONFIRM and we will call you back".
    I have no idea what PPI calim is even so of course I am not sending any messages back, I am just concern about who sent it and why and I hope they can't do anything bad to my bank account or my details. I would call back as I can see the number but I am afraid they will take is as sending this text and confirming. Oh and of course no one tried calling me, I have no missed signals.
    As someone wrote in previous posts here they might really sell our details to other scam companies which will be harassing us now. It seems changing the number will be the only solution if it continues.

  • PPI is payment protection insurance. It's usually taken out on a loan, and there are numberous companies now trying to get people to make a claim to get this money paid back. I just ignore them, and advise you to do the same.
