I ordered it last year it has not done one thing I may as well have pitched my money in the sewer for the good I got from it. They give an activation number that is no good I have checked and tried the number at least two dozen times or more it is a big rip off. You will get more for your money if you flush it down the sewer. at least you would know where the money went. It is the biggest scam ever when you try to contact them the say they will get back to you in twenty four hours still waiting to hear from them I guess their clock don't work either it is just like their product.

  • Hi Randy,
Im surprised to hear that you have not received a reply can you please check your spambox or post the support ticket number (begins with LTK on confirmation reply you get from us) Also here are the instructions for the serial number http://www.uniblue.com/support/faq/serial-number-invalid/ as we have several products it might be that you are inserting the right serial number into the wrong product.
Either way let us know, we're here to help.
    Best Regards,
