On 4-18 2012 saw ad to assist stop smoking, stated free trial only pay 4,95 sh. Purchased item, did not receive order invoice to e-mail. Recieved product, read that contains lrg amt nicotine and did'nt want it. Contacted company 5-2-2012 when 109.67 taken from my account and was told that i signed contract and should have cancelled within 2 weeks. I advised I'm cancelling now and is before deadline. Was told they could not refund money but would send cancellation invoice to my e-mail which i gave to them 2 more times. Did not recieve that. Insisted to talk to supervisor who finally agreed to refund $76.00 and said i would get conformation e-mail. Charges disapeared from my acct. only to reappear again on 5-3-2012.Still no e-mail, or way to check original order.
