I spent $850 for a list of 6 billion E-mail addresses, for research purposes. Tim Mathews (d/b/a TopSeo.net) sent me a bunch of files, which looked like a lot, but there were only 200 million E-mail addresses. He ended up admitting that he did not send the full 6 billion E-mail addresses. He kept claiming that he sent a new package with the full 6 billion, but never provided a tracking number, and I never received the package. I was promised a refund, but that has not yet happened, two months after ordering.
Also, his site claimed my credit card was denied, and he had me pay via PayPal to a "Robert Smith" at a gmail account (a big red flag I missed).
