I recieved a letter in the mail on 5 2 2012. I looked into all specifics of lisa procter and agencies affliated with her and it is all a scam. Shread any letter recieved from her. anyone thats going to give you free money is something to be desired.. lol free money. Only Federal grants our secure for you..
