I ordered a watch from www.watchmoon.com and wrote a message with my order to confirm that I was definately getting the identical watch on their website and to make absolutely sure I also sent the picture from their website to go along with it. Their method of payment showed various credit cards accepted, but when I put in the details it did not accept, I tried a couple more but still no luck! As I really wanted that watch I e mailed them to ask how I could pay......
a really nice (or seemed to be) guy called BENSON gave me very helpful instructions to pay by Western Union, he kept in touch through e mail throughout the whole 2 week transaction, I was given a tracking reference number and I tracked my package to my address. How dissapointed was I to find when I opened the package it was not at all like the watch I ordered!!! I emailed him straight away as the website states if you are not fully satisfied with the product they would happily exchange or refund, NOT SO!!!!!!!! All I wanted was the watch I ordered day after day I checked my emails but nothing again I emailed and asked for an exchange and waited for a reply.....nothing this went on for a couple of weeks untill I then decided to ask politely "Benson why are you not repling to my e mails please advise me.......nothing, in the end I have had to give up and keep the wretched watch which I do not even like, so please even though this company ask you to leave a review, they are never published and I dont think the company have the watches that they advertise BEWARE they are tricksters.
