I purchased a Truck on 4/7/12. Signed papers and gave them 2000.00 cash down. I was told the loan was financed, given an interest rate, payment due date etc. On 4/21/12 this car lot called my son demanding their truck back because financing was not approved. Although they approved us for an older vehicle for the same amount of money. When i said i would not get the older vehicle i would just take my deposit back they refused me my deposit. they charged me 75 dollars a day for rental on this truck and miles at .45. they called this spot delivery, which was never discussed with me and although i signed the spot delivery paper i do not remember signing it. I also noticed after i received the phone call to return the truck they had stamped all paperwork with a .45 a mile charge for returned vehicles. this stamp was not there when i signed the paperwork. So not only did they get their truck back, they also kept approx 1500 of my down payment.
