This company without my permission deducted $34.95 from my bank account. I called on 03/22/2012 the same day it posted to my account and spoke with a lady who said she would cancel the transaction and refund the $34.95 comfirmation # D2102356. Since then I have talked to several people who put me on hold each time for at least 45 minutes before getting a manager.
. I have called 6 or 7 times and they keep telling me they will refund the money in 7 to 10 business days and now it's been over 30 days and still no refund. The last 3 times when I asked him for the Name of the owner of the company they hang up on me. I did manage to get a physical address of the main company 2519 McMullen Booth Rd. Suite 210-121 Clearwater Fla 33761. I tried to find the direct number for the address for the main company but the address that was given to me is for a different company. It's a shame that we work hard for our money and someone can just go in and take it without any remorse and get away with it. Kim C Vermilion, Ohio
