I was told it was part of a research trail and I paid for P&P for their 'sample' nothing online told meI would be charged £79+ which I was! I couldn't believe it, I have a disability and live on a low income..I phoned my bank and these bastards will never get another penny off me..I also intend to get intouch wth trading standards and the BBC its about time they were shown in their true colours.
