Show the "Free Trial" offer online and there was no requirement or mention of membership. I printed out all materials and still cannot find any specifics regarding terms & conditions that are presented on the collections letter just received.
Also the letter states that they made several attempts to contact me which is just plain wrong since I have all e-mail communications for the past month. No doubt without clearly stating membership requirement as well as offer is good for only a ten day trial with all products must be returned is misrepresentation with a attempt to commit fraud.

- Oh yes, I totally agree with Danny. So many people have been literally taken advantage of by these thieves.
