Sent me postcard to motify mortgage and change interest rate and after they debited my account $3,000.00 for there fee they never contacted me or did the motification on the loan. House was in process of foreclosure due to this loss of money that they said would go toward my present mortgage. Refused to give refund and would defer my phone calls so that it went to voice mail so they didnt have to deal with me.
