This company has commited credit card fraud and internet fraud against me. I have never heard of this company until a charge appeared on my credit card statement in January. I have called their # 888-851-8845 at least 5 times, have been told by them 4 times they would reverse charges - it never happened. I even received a call on Feb 22, 2012 from them, someone with the name Asia or Asia-nay. She gave me a confirmation # of 167253 and like every other time told me the credit would be back on the credit card in a maximum of 10 days. She identified the company as being Access Discount Club - I verified the phone # for the call and it was 888-851-8845. On March 28, 2012 I called them again and talked with 'Asia-nay'. She told me the name of the company was AWI and they provide magazines and access discount card. She said the account was opened on Nov 30, 2011 as a result of somehting that was ordered on the intered and the account was cancelled on 2/22/12 and a reverse charge should have been given on the card. She researched to see if she could find the reversed charge. She could not find it and said she would send it to the billing dept - gave me a reference # of AJ15751 and said it would take 3-10 business days. That 10th day should have been April 11th. To this day, April 24, 2012, I have not received a credit to my card. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM. I have recently read numberous alerts and reports from other individuals on this company. The last call I placed to them was yesterday, April 23, 2012. And NO, I have not heard from them even though Michelle said I would receive a call from the billing department.
