Like others on this list, I found a shoe I liked on the kelly-mall site. I ordered it, payed via Paypal, and received a confirmation. When I didn't hear anything further about shipping, I sent an email in via their site asking for a tracking number or more information. I heard nothing. Today I received a sponge from China, and I found this site. This site needs to be shut down, or at least have financial organizations like Paypal withdraw their participation.
