I had ordered "Golden Blonde" clip in, real hair extensions on sale from this site and payed for express shipping so I could have them in time for an event. When they arrived, they were "strawberry blonde" and way off from the color I ordered. I double checked my confirmation email and sent them four emails addressing my mixed up purchase over the next couple weeks. I also went to the website and called the two numbers listed for "costumer returns" leaving multiple voice mails over the next few weeks as well. I have not been contacted through any source and it has been over a month. DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE ME!!!!
